Gardenview Holiday Bazaar & Silent Auction
Bring the whole family, support local crafts people, and find some fun, unique gifts for the holidays!
The Annual Gardenview Holiday Bazaar and Silent Auction is the Saturday before Thanksgiving. It features local artisans with hand made jewelry, locally made toys, knitted crafts, and other fabulous gifts for the holiday season.
When you visit the bazaar the Saturday before Thanksgiving from 9am to 3pm you will be treated to one of the most family friendly holiday shopping and entertainment events of the season.
Vendors
Filling the community room of Hillcrest Chapel are tables dedicated to local businesses and crafts people. You are guaranteed to find gift ideas here that will be sure to delight your favorite friends and relatives.
Silent Auction
Many more local businesses and generous members of the community have contributed a wide range of gifts for this year’s silent auction. The starting bids for these exclusive items begin at just a few dollars with awesome big ticket items to round out the fantastic auction!

Activities For Kids and Kid’s Raffle
We have a special area just for the kids! There are carnival games to win prizes and creative crafts for the kids along with the Kids Raffle. Each child receives one free ticket and everything in the kids area can be enjoyed for a single ticket. Tickets are 5 for $1.
The Gardenview Bazaar features a raffle just for the kids! Each child gets their own raffle tickets to “spend” on any of the items on the kid’s raffle table. We have multiple drawings throughout the day and winners will be chosen at random for each prize. The child does not need to be present to win, as the parents will be contacted with instructions on how to claim their gift.
Entertainment
Throughout the day you will be entertained by local performers ranging from group performers to magicians and singing fairytale characters to jugglers! Follow our public Facebook event page for an up to date listing of entertainment line up.
Bake Sale
As with any good school fundraiser, you will experience some of the best baked goods lovingly crafted by the supportive parents of Gardenview Montessori Pre-School and Kindergarten.
We always have choices that are gluten and nut free as well as traditionally baked breads and cookies. We have healthy choices for early visitors with our delicious locally roasted coffee, fresh fruit and locally donated goods to feed your hungry breakfast belly.
